Toast RW1802 is a warm‑toned, lightly grogged stoneware body with excellent plasticity, making it suitable for modelling, throwing, and standing work. Versatile for both beginners and experienced makers, it also performs well as a glaze base.

Firing range: 1000–1240°C
Grog content: 18% (0–0.2 mm)
Drying shrinkage: 5.0%

Firing shrinkage: 6.0% at 1150°C, 6.8% at 1200°C, 7.4% at 1240°C
Water absorption: 3.5% at 1150°C, 1.0% at 1200°C, 0.4% at 1240°C
Sintering point (≤1% absorption): approx. 1200°C
